Local customers include cities, large and small, (i.e. Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle) and a number of regional consortiums.  He was also involved in sales management of the country’s largest emergency notification solution.

Wimberly is currently leader of the technology committee of the State of California’s work group on Alerts and Warnings.  His past efforts have Presidential cabinet-level briefings, and most senior military briefings internationally.  He has developed relationships nationwide with key public safety officials and other members of the community. He’s held Business Development roles, including developing and supporting a channel of technology partners and re-sellers.  He built and managed two companies’ sales and sales support teams devoted to government sales, and was the lead in a reorganization to create separate business units for government and commercial. Wimberly also developed a nationwide grant program, and has conducted seminars throughout the country.

He currently chairs a statewide organization that provides creative problem-solving programs for students, and holds several leadership positions with the international organization.
